Focus on your Objective:
- Why are you there? What is your message? What do you want the audience to take away?
- Your objective gives you focus and purpose.
- The more you commit to your objective the more energy you have.
- Keep your objective positive. Make choices personally significant.
- Use storytelling and if appropriate, humour as a vehicle for your objective. This builds audience rapport.
Attitude – Calm, Confident and Credible.
- Have authority – certainty, clarity and economy of movement will get audience attention.
- Fully commit to the choices you make.

- Enjoy being there – ‘Le jeu.’
- The audience reflects your state.
Courage – To be Yourself, to have your own Unique Style.

- Turn fear into motivation.
Energy – The more you Generate, the more Dynamic your Communication.
- Use dynamics. Affect audiences with change. Vary vocal delivery and physicality.
- Use ‘active stillness,’ it is magnetic.
- Be ready. Develop a personalised physical and vocal warm up.
